So how about a high protein vegan breakfast to fill you up for even longer.

Obviously, it’s a matter of personal taste, but some people regularly skip breakfast. And that’s fine. Here at MIGHTY HQ though, we’re mostly breakfast people. We think that there’s nothing quite like having something healthy and wholesome inside your tum to give you a great start to the day.

And breakfast can do even more for you. Eating the right breakfast can help you feel fuller for longer. And it has a lot to do with protein. It does something inside your body that boosts your feeling of fullness after eating, and helps you go through right to lunch without getting hunger pangs.

You know what happens when you get those? You start to feel distracted and unsatisfied. Next thing you know you’re obsessing about diving into your special treat drawer at work or the secret Tupperware box in the cupboard at home. The longer that goes on, the more likely you are to start feeling hangry – and that’s not a good place to be.

Very berry vegan protein smoothie bowl

Feeling fruity? Then this is the high protein breakfast for you.

Oo la la! Are you ready for this? If you love French toast then it’s going to be amour at first bite for you. If you’ve never tried it, wow, are you in for a treat.

You’re going to need bread, flour, MIGHTY Ultimate Salted Caramel Protein Powder, cinnamon, salt, salted caramel or vanilla extract, MIGHTY milk, vegan butter, maple syrup, icing sugar, vegan bacon and assorted berries and so on.
