  • 130g plain flour
  • 90g chocolate Mighty Human protein powder
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 medium sized bananas
  • 100g aquafaba (one can of chickpea water)
  • 250ml Mighty
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 33g vegan choc chips



  1. Combine the dry ingredients
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and add the remaining wet ingredients
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until no clumps remain and then fold in the choc chips
  4. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the loaf tin with a spatula
  6. Cook for 45 – 55 minutes at 175 degrees
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before taking out and cutting into slices
