Blueberry Protein Boost
Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 1/2 scoops protein powder
- 1 cup Mighty M.lk
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Recipe:
- Add all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Serve up and enjoy!
