Blueberry Protein Boost

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 cup Mighty M.lk
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve up and enjoy!
