  • 300ml Mighty
  • 500g vegan mince
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8-10 lasagne sheets
  • 25g dairy free spread
  • 25g plain flour
  • 100g grated Violife cheese


  • Pre heat your oven to 200c
  • Fry off your onions for 5 mins until soft
  • Stir in your choice of vegan mince and then the tomatoes, herbs, stock cube and Worcestershire sauce. Leave to simmer for 5 mins
  • In another pan melt your dairy free butter and stir in the flour. Slowly adding Mighty and stir until thickened. Sprinkle in your dairy free cheese
  • Now it’s time to layer the mince, lasagne sheets and cheese sauce in an oven proof dish
  • Add a final layer of cheese sauce
  • Bake at 200c for 30 mins until golden
