Ingredients:
- 300ml Mighty M.lk
- 500g vegan mince
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8-10 lasagne sheets
- 25g dairy free spread
- 25g plain flour
- 100g grated Violife cheese
Recipe:
- Pre heat your oven to 200c
- Fry off your onions for 5 mins until soft
- Stir in your choice of vegan mince and then the tomatoes, herbs, stock cube and Worcestershire sauce. Leave to simmer for 5 mins
- In another pan melt your dairy free butter and stir in the flour. Slowly adding Mighty M.lk and stir until thickened. Sprinkle in your dairy free cheese
- Now it’s time to layer the mince, lasagne sheets and cheese sauce in an oven proof dish
- Add a final layer of cheese sauce
- Bake at 200c for 30 mins until golden
