Ingredients:

‘Fish’
Banana blossoms

Flour mixture

  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Dill

Batter

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of Mighty M.lk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

 

Recipe:

  1. First, rinse and drain the banana blossoms before preparing your flour mixture and batter
  2. To prepare your batter, simply whisk together the flour, m.lk, water, baking powder and salt in a bowl until smooth
  3. Coat the banana blossoms in flour mixture and then dip the banana blossoms in the batter
  4. Fry until golden, removing any excess oil on a kitchen towel
  5. Serve with a generous helping of chips and tomato ketchup!
