Ingredients:

  • 25g of dates, cashews (leave out if you can’t do nuts)
  • Apricots in brandy with a mixture of Crimbo spices
  • One vanilla pod
  • 1 litre of our Mighty M.lk.
  • Grated nutmeg for decorating.

Recipe:

  1. Soak 25g of dates, cashews (leave out if you can’t do nuts) and apricots in brandy with a mixture of Crimbo spices and leave overnight.
  2. The next day, bung your soaked ingredients in a blender with the seeds from one vanilla pod and a litre of our Original Pea M.lk.
  3. Blend it up and serve with a bit of grated nutmeg over the top for style points.
