Really disappointed today
1Started buying Ultimate Barista Oat about a week ago due to shortage of my usual brand and was really pleased with results in coffee. Bought a carton today and it has totally curdled/separated in my coffee. Was about to switch to this brand permanently but have been really put off. Why has this happened if it’s labelled ‘barista’?

Zero froth - disappointing
1Worst barista blend I've tried for froth - literally none at all, find it hard to believe that any barista would be satisfied. Tastes ok but no better than plenty of other far more frothable options. Won't be buying again.

Too sweet
2Even though I like the consistency of this milk, I don't like the fact that it is too sweet. Every time I have it with my latte or cappuccino, it makes me incredibly thirsty due to its sweetness. Also, I don't like that it has Sunflower Oil since it is terrible for cholesterol levels.

Doesn't do what it says on the box
3For a milk alternative, this is without doubt the best I've found for tea or adding to porridge. Sadly, the same can't be said for coffee as it doesn't froth as the carton claims, which is a shame. I'll stick to Oatly Barista.

A pleasant surprise
4I think it's fair to say that we were reluctant triers of Mighty M.ilkology. It wasn't something we considered before but thought we'd give it a whirl. Being a traditional cows milk type of family it certainly represensted a derpature from what we are used to. I think the conclusion was that we were all pleasantly surprised. I think if you don't expect it to be a direct replacement for everything you use milk for then it works. It is especially good in coffee and we'd certainly buy it again specifically for that use.

5An inviting box from the very first moment. Great taste of milk plant, perfect for coffee! Smells incredibly when heated up. This milk has just the right texture when froth

Great dairy alternative
5I have always used cows milk so I was intrigued to try this. First impressions were it was a little thin and chalky. Obviously it doesn't have the full body of cows milk. Once I got into it though I quite enjoyed it. It tastes a lot sweeter and creamier than dairy. Makes a super latte if that's what you like. I made porridge with it and that was fine, the extra creaminess comes through. This is certainly worth a try as a dairy free option.

Great taste.
5A great tasting product that the whole family loves. It makes such a different to a cup of tea and is absolutely love it. I have had to buy more as we had so many compliments from it!
